Installation notes

1.First of all, determine the direction of the plate, generally when the brick machine, mixer a line installed with side plate; brick machine, mixer placed vertically using the back plate.

2.Make sure that the oil cylinder or other moving mechanism is not above the pallet, which will affect the lower pallet. If there is any influence, move the pallet and feed pallet away.

3.Confirm the partner of non-fired brick machine-the square tube that fixed sprocket position in front of the upper plate machine does not touch the belt machine; 4.Under the possible circumstances, as far as possible on the plate next to the left position, convenient pallet placement, easy to use.

1.This machine only need to use forklift, hydraulic transfer truck will stack together 20-30 plate on the plate machine frame, then the machine can automatically complete into the plate, lift, plate delivery and other complete processes, fully automatic operation, save trouble and labor;
