There are two sets of cameras: a visual recognition camera and a mark correction camera, which identify the unknown position of the component and the position of the mark point. The identification of the component position is to more accurately absorb the component, and the mark point is to mount the component on the designated position of the PCB; The XY axis is a linear motor, so that the mounting accuracy is higher, the service life is longer, and the mounting is stable. Each suction nozzle is controlled by an independent servo motor. The whole design greatly improves the mounting accuracy, the service life of the machine, and also improves the production plan and reduces the production cost.
