The production process of flexible LED light strip, namely FPC light strip, is as follows:
Production process of FPC lamp strip
Step 1: printing solder paste with semi-automatic printing machine: first warm the solder paste, then stir it, and then put a small amount on the steel net of the printing machine. The amount is better when the solder paste reaches two-thirds of the scraper when the turning blade advances
Step 2: placement machine placement: place the printed PFC on the fixture, automatically send the board to the placement position, and the placement machine accurately places the placement components on the PCB board
Step 3: manual detection: check the polarity of the LED on the LED strip (whether there is reverse), whether the mounting is offset, whether there is short circuit, and whether the resistance value is correct.
Step 4: reflow soldering: solder the lamp beads and PCB together through reflow soldering
Step 5: finished product inspection: it is necessary to check the appearance of the product to see whether there is poor welding, tin beads, short circuit, etc. Then there is the electrical inspection to test whether the electrical performance of the product is intact and whether the parameters are correct
Step 6: packaging, manual packaging

Common lamp bead types: 3014 / 2835 / 5630 / 5050, etc
Series / parallel connection of components: 1. The lamp beads and resistors are connected in series. 2. The connection mode of the lamp beads in the LED lamp band is mixed connection, that is, several lamp beads are connected in series into a group, and then several groups are connected in parallel
Lamp beads and resistance: 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, 6:1
Lamp belt type: low voltage lamp belt, high voltage lamp belt, S-shaped lamp belt, neon lamp belt
Number of lamp strips: 30 lamps, 48 lamps, 60 lamps, 74 lamps, 96 lamps, 144 lamps, 90 lamps, 120 lamps per meter, single row and double rows
Lighting angle of components: common lighting angle is 120 degrees. The larger the luminous angle is, the better the astigmatism effect is. However, the brightness of the light is correspondingly reduced
Color temperature: warm white (about 2200k-3500k)
Normal white (about 4000k-6000k)
Cold white (above 6500k)
