Conveyor function

For connections between SMT production lines, PCB buffering, inspection, testing, or electronic component.

The connecting platform generally comprises a frame

two parallel rotating conveyor belts arranged on the frame, a circuit board arranged on two conveyor belts for conveying, and an existing conveyor belt generally fixed on the frame, the width of the circuit board conveyed on the two conveyor belts is limited, which is disadvantageous to the transportation of the circuit board with different sizes, thus making the applicability of the connecting platform low.

Operation Flow

1.1Before power-on Check

1. check the supply power cord is broken.

2. Check that the equipment is properly grounded.

• Check that the control buttons are reset.
• Check whether the guide rail width is appropriate.
• Check that the belt is loose.
• Above no exception can be started to prepare for work.

2.2 order of operation

1.control panel note finish button without self-lock, each click, that check is completed,pcb through, continue to run. 2.Pass pcb board without check, automatically pass; 3.press check means pcb board need manual check, need to use with finish.

4.Power is the powerswitch, press power

5.Light is the light switch.

3.3The operating step explains

1. adjust the belt running speed according to the speed of the front and back connection.

2. automatic control mode

a. Press the Power Button;

b. Press the LIGHT button;

c. Press the PASS/CHECK button.

Manual control mode

a. Press the POWER button;

b. Press the LIGHT button;

c. When you are finished, press the FINISH button.

d. Turn it off and press the POWER button

Attention

1. Ensure that the transportation part, belt, belt pulley and transportation guide rail no foreign body, to ensure smooth and smooth transportation.

Regularly to the transmission part and rack or wide screw refueling, refueling shall be carried out in the shutdown state.

3.In case of power failure should be immediately closed equipment power switch.
