A complete production line, the following core equipment is essential:

• Solder paste stencil printer machine: the function of this machine is to leave the solder paste on the pad of PCB to prepare for welding.

• SMT pick and place machine: the function is to put the parts in the correct position on the PCB board.

• Reflow oven: heat and cool the solder paste to form a permanently fixed solder joint.

• Conveyor: It is used for the connection between production line equipment and the buffer, detection and transmission of PCB board.

At the same time, the production line design is divided into full-automatic production line and semi-automatic production line. If your budget is sufficient, choosing full-automatic production line can bring you more valuable benefits.

Of course, if you need a more affordable production line, the semi-automatic production line can also meet your requirements, but it will cost more labor than the full-automatic production line.
