YT101S type PCB board drive SMT pick and place machine, with a total weight of 1700kg, is a very stable arch-type placement machine, the head moves back and forth in a straight line.

The placement head is newly upgraded, adopts a fixed flight recognition camera, and is equipped with a vacuum sensing device, so that each suction nozzle exists independently, and is driven by an independent servo motor. Under optimal conditions, the production capacity can reach 40000CPH.

The range of identification components is 0201-40*40mm, the feeding system is a double-head intelligent feeder, the position of the components is optically corrected, and the feeding is more accurate and stable.
