A. Material Testing: check the amount of materials, specifications, models, quality, performance is in line with the requirements

B. Brush solder paste: solder paste thawing, mix well, steel screen adjustment, solder paste printing, check the solder paste surface even on the whole

• Paste components: first paste small and then paste large, pay attention to the location, model, direction, polarity, uniformity

D.QC: error-free parts, Wrong Pole, leakage, dislocation, solder paste uniform good, components level alignment

E.Over-reflow soldering: Temperature Control, speed control, shift, plate, plate to hold gently flat, check tin surface, maintenance machine.

Problems in the production of LED Display

1. The whole module is not bright: the module is not connected to the power supply: input cable plug-in reverse; input and output reverse; power supply positive and negative pole connection reverse

• Module is not bright transmission normal: protection circuit damage solution can be 74HC138 foot 4 and foot 5 short circuit.
• Every third line is dark: one is broken.
• Second Row Bright two lines: B signal problem, check whether there is a virtual welding, replace the ICA signal in the same way
• Upper half normal lower half bright or not bright: check whether the data signal is the same way.
