1. Check the cushioning action of the nozzle clamp. If the movement is not smooth, apply a thin layer of lubricant. If the clamp is loose, tighten it.
2. Move the lens to clean dust and residue on the lens.
3. X-axis lead screw Check the lead screw for debris or residue, and clean it if necessary. X-axis guides check whether the lubricating grease is hardened and the residue adheres.
4. Y-axis lead screw Check the lead screw for debris or residue, and clean it if necessary. Check the Y-axis guide for hardening of grease and adhesion of residues.
