The equipment required for the semi-automatic production line includes:
Semi-automatic printing machine: the solder paste is printed on the PCB pad through the stencil;
Pick and place machine: mount the led chips or other components on the designated position on the PCB board;
Reflow oven: melting the solder paste to make it adhere to the mounting components;
Conveyor: inspect the placement and soldering quality, and also play a role in transferring PCB boards and buffering on the SMT production line

Introduction to the principle of SMT component placement machine

The process of accurately attaching SMC/SMD to the corresponding position on the surface of the printed solder paste or patch glue on the PCB by a placement machine or manual method is called the placement (patch) process. In the current domestic electronic product manufacturing enterprises, automatic placement machines are mainly used for automatic placement, and manual placement can also be used. Hand patching is now generally used in maintenance or small batch trial production.

To ensure the quality of the patch, three elements should be considered: the correctness of the placement components, the accuracy of the placement position, and the appropriateness of the placement pressure (the height of the patch).
