Specifications:

The conveyor is used for connection between SMT production lines, and can also be used for PCB buffering, inspection, testing or manual insertion of electronic components.

Conveyor generally includes: a rack, two conveyor belts that rotate in parallel on the rack, the circuit board is placed on the two conveyor belts for transportation, and the existing conveyor belts are generally fixed on the rack, so that the two The width of the circuit boards conveyed on the conveyor belt is limited, so that it is not convenient to convey circuit boards of different sizes, so that the applicability of conveyor is low.

A whole semi automatic line which needs several devices for a whole semi production, as semi auto stencil printer machine, conveyor, pick and place machine and reflow oven etc.

The blowing is the function of each machine:

• Semi auto stencil printer is aim of leaking solder paste or patching adhesive onto the solder pad of PCB to prepare for the welding of components;
• Pick and place machine is to mount light beads or other surface mounted components at the designated position of PCB board；
• Reflow oven is to melt the solder paste to fix and bond the components and PCB board.
• Conveyor is used for the connection between SMT production lines, as well as buffering, testing, testing PCB boards or manual plug-in of electronic components;
