1. Symmetrical double-slot guide rail, high temperature resistance, no deformation, low heat absorption. Standard chain, net chain synchronous and parallel transportation, optional dual-rail transportation system or central support system.

2. The width adjustment adopts a three-stage synchronous width adjustment structure, and the two ends are equipped with automatic thermal expansion extension devices of the guide rails, which effectively ensure the parallelism of the guide rails, prevent the occurrence of board falling and jamming, free of cleaning, and easy to adjust.

3. The computer-controlled automatic refueling system can automatically refuel according to the transportation speed and machine status, and the flow rate is adjustable.

4. The automatic width adjustment system adopts closed-loop PID control, which can automatically adjust to the required width according to the parameters input by the computer, and the accuracy can reach 0.2mm.

5. The UPS power-off protection function ensures that the PCB board can output normally after a sudden power-off without damage.

A. For the actual speed of the machine which is constrained by many factors,

that related to the number of the components, the time to send PCB board

and receive the board that will have influence on the speed when in production, and is decide for the actual products and needs.

Q. Can you accept CIF as the quoted price?

A. We only accept EXW as the quoted price for it is convenient and lower cost for both sides.

Q. Can I go and see if you have sold the equipment to India?

A. Yes, we have sold our machine in India, but for the fact we can't decide it for my customer, but I will try to contact my customer. Hope you can understand, because no one wants their competitors to visit their manufacturing site.
