1. Precision mounting head system

The mounting method of 12 nozzle heads, group picking and separate placing / separate picking and separate placing can meet the mounting requirements of different components.

Each nozzle head is independently controlled by an independent servo motor to reduce feeding and ensure mounting accuracy at a higher speed than the stepper motor.

2. High precision imported screw

The X and Y axis adopts high-end magnetic linear motor to control the screw, and the Z axis adopts panasonic servo motor to control and drive, with ultra-high acceleration performance and stable movement speed to ensure the accuracy and stability of each step of mounting.
